It’s the morning, people are tired, they need to get to work because they work in an economy where people can be docked pay or even lose their job if they are late.
Everyone on that platform is waiting on public transport, they are doing exactly what XR want. Why allow a massive own goal like this?
Allows the media to portray the whole protest as a middle class campaign who don’t give a fuck about working class people trying to get to work on public transport.
The perfect thing to turn public opinion and make them okay with things like random ID checks and police aggression against protestors.
